Cross Country is a serious sport that is meant to build endurance and speed. With 3 to 6 miles covered each practice all team members are able to complete their runs with ease. The team runs on a heavy support system, cheering and encouraging their mates to the finish line. This season, they were able to attend meets at locations such as Liberty Station, Lake Jennings, and the Sports Complex at Balboa Park. The motivational group loved every second of it, despite the trials and tribulations, finishing strong.
